Abstract
Women in a traditional culinary business that has Willpower and Resilience will be able to maintain a culinary business. Innovations carried out by paying attention to concern for environmental sustainability. The issue of women's empowerment as entrepreneurs and green-oriented culinary efforts is an important part of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGS). This research is intended to make an inspirational contribution about culinary entrepreneurship with green orientation by taking into account the willpower factor, resilience in business, and cultural awareness. Research Urgency provides answers to the importance of cultural awareness in strengthening culinary entrepreneurs with green orientation. This study provides novelty in the form of Green Culinary Oriented Entrepreneurship that combines Green Entrepreneurship, Entrepreneurship Orientation, Culinary Entrepreneurship and about culture originating from Entrepreneurial Tradition Theory. Quantitative research approach, with primary data sources from the questionnaire. The research population consisted of female entrepreneurs in Sidoarjo. A total of 106 female entrepreneurs completed the questionnaire, using purposive random sampling, with the criteria being women who are culinary entrepreneurs with environmentally friendly traditional products. The data was analyzed using PLS-SEM version 3.0. The research results demonstrate that Culinary Entrepreneurship with a Green Orientation is influenced by Women's Entrepreneurial Willpower. Cultural Awareness can enhance Culinary Entrepreneurship with a Green Orientation. Business Resilience has a direct influence on Culinary Entrepreneurship with a Green Orientation, whereas when mediated by cultural awareness, it does not influence Culinary Entrepreneurship with a Green Orientation.
