Abstract
This study is intended to examine the influence of transformational leadership style, work discipline, and work motivation on the performance of employees of the Sidoarjo Regency Regional Development Planning Agency. This type of research uses a quantitative descriptive research method. The location of the research conducted by the author to test the hypothesis is at the Sidoarjo Regency Regional Development Planning Agency located at Jl. Sultan Agung No. 13, Gajah Timur, Magersari, Sidoarjo District, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java. The number of respondents in this study was 60 people. This study used primary questionnaire data processed using SPSS with validity and reliability tests. The results obtained were that transformational leadership style and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while work motivation did not have a significant effect on employee performance.
